Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

  • Prospecting and cold calling activities to drive sales into potential ADOHM Professional Customers
  • To look after existing ADOHM SaaS customers within the territory and cross/up sell further ADOHM products
  • Maintain a sales pipeline capable of delivering targeted results month on month.
  • Close sales in best possible lead-time at best margin to help reduce sales cycle time.
  • Generating new leads for the sales team for prospective clients and closing leads.
  • Demo fixing conversions.
  • Conversions of leads.
  • Ensure quality sales are secured that they can be delivered at best profit.
  • Be proficient in demonstrating ADOHM technologies and maintain a reasonable, functional and technical knowledge of the products;
  • Provide detailed information to the ADOHM Client Services and/or Solution team on any customer or technology issues
  • Qualify Given Leads from the Inbound Marketing Team and using a consultative sales approach assist the company in the acquisition and development of new business.
  • Lead software demonstrations that convey a firm grasp of the prospective customer’s business as well as specific benefits derived from utilizing our software solution.
  • Influence various stakeholders of the prospective customer and convey specific benefits depending upon their role.
  • Negotiate agreements for the sale of software and/or associated professional services.
  • Create specific targeted sales plans for territory and account base and report to upper management on a regular basis.
  • Maintain an accurate and forecastable sales pipeline
  • Work with colleagues and departments to ensure high quality of service is delivered on all aspects of interaction with ADOHM
  • Meet key personal KPIs including number of outbound calls and targets set month on month
  • To provide regular and accurate sales forecast information;
  • To maintain accurate up to date records of all customer details, dialog and sales opportunities in the ADOHM system
  • Develop, a deep understanding, about the internal workings of the client organisation and the Sector in which they operate.
  • Builds customer loyalty.
  • Keep track of customer needs and new market potentials via market research.
  • Create sales opportunities by networking, attending meeting, social media, cold calling
  • Builds customer loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical knowledge of networks and computing infrastructure in the following areas: SaaS, enterprise software applications (such as CRM,ERP, e-commerce, Supply Chain Management, ERP)
  • Ideal candidate will have solid understanding of business use cases and workflow solutions
  • College degree required
